Terms of service
Last updated:
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Northrise Media LLC website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
1. About this website
The website introduces our brand and logo design, website creation, and social media advertising services. It provides general information and a way to start a project conversation. Descriptions of services are not a binding quote or an offer to deliver a particular result.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to engage our services. If acting for a business, you must have authority to do so.
2. Project agreements
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve a project date, or commit either party to paid work. Before work begins, a separate written agreement or accepted proposal should define the scope, pricing, payment schedule, timing, revision process, and deliverables.
That agreement also governs cancellation, refunds, ongoing support, advertising budgets, third-party costs, and ownership or licensing of project work. If it conflicts with these website terms on a project matter, the project agreement controls.
3. Your materials and participation
Provide accurate information and only share content you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions associated with your business names, logos, photographs, copy, and other supplied materials.
Project timing may depend on receiving content, approvals, account access through an agreed secure method, and feedback. Do not send passwords or payment card details through ordinary email.
4. Website content and intellectual property
The website's design, text, graphics, and branding belong to Northrise Media LLC or their respective owners. You may browse and share links to the website for legitimate purposes. These terms do not grant permission to resell, reproduce, or republish our creative work or branding, except where the law permits it or we agree in writing.
Ownership and use rights for commissioned work are determined by the relevant project agreement, rather than by these website terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the website to break the law, impersonate others, infringe rights, send abusive or unsolicited bulk messages, distribute malicious code, or interfere with the website's operation. Do not attempt to bypass security or gain unauthorized access to systems or information. Our Anti-spam Policy also applies to communications involving this website.
We may restrict access or decline inquiries connected with misuse, subject to applicable law and any existing project agreement.
6. Third parties and results
Third-party links, platforms, fonts, and services are subject to their owners' terms and policies. We do not control their availability or changes.
Design and advertising outcomes depend on many factors, including the offer, audience, budget, market conditions, and platform decisions. We do not promise a particular level of sales, leads, revenue, rankings, or advertising performance. Examples and descriptions are illustrative, not guarantees.
7. Website availability and liability
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Northrise Media LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Liability for paid services is addressed in the applicable project agreement.
8. Privacy, changes, and questions
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and date, with any further notice required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to the revised terms. Website revisions do not by themselves change an existing project agreement.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. For questions or concerns, contact Northrise Media LLC at contact@northrisemedia.com.
