Privacy policy
Last updated:
Northrise Media LLC provides brand and logo design, website creation, and social media advertising services. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or contact us about our work.
1. Information you share with us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message, and any attachments. Project conversations may also include your business name, website, contact details, creative brief, and proposed budget. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry and do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information by email.
This website does not currently have an inquiry form, account registration, checkout, or newsletter signup. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not submit information until you send a message.
2. Website connections and cookies
When you visit, the hosting provider may process technical request data such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and access time to deliver and protect the website.
The website loads Sora and Inter typefaces through Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve those fonts, transmitting information including your IP address and request details. See Google Fonts privacy information and Google's Privacy Policy.
Our website code does not set cookies or use browser storage, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or remarketing tags. Browser settings can restrict external requests and cookies, although doing so may change how a page looks or works. If we add tracking or data collection features, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
3. How we use information
- Reply to questions, understand a project, and prepare proposals.
- Communicate about agreed work, revisions, delivery, and support.
- Maintain business records and address security issues or disputes.
- Record communication preferences and honor requests to stop marketing.
An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list. Our Anti-spam Policy explains our communication standards.
4. Who may receive information
Information may be handled by providers that support our website, email, and agreed project work, as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect rights, or resolve a dispute. We do not sell inquiry information or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing.
Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. Hosting, email, and font providers may process information in countries other than your own.
5. Retention and security
We keep correspondence and project records as needed for the inquiry or business relationship, recordkeeping obligations, and resolving disputes. We may retain a minimal record of an opt-out to avoid contacting you again. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held.
We take reasonable care with information entrusted to us, but internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed secure.
6. Your choices and requests
Contact contact@northrisemedia.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or tell us to stop marketing communications. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights to access, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to certain uses of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or protect legal claims. We will explain any applicable limits when responding.
7. Children and client projects
This website is directed to adults seeking business services. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 18. If a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address its removal.
This policy covers our website and direct inquiries. Data handling for a client's website, advertising account, or campaign is addressed in the applicable project agreement and the client's own notices.
8. Updates and contact
We will post revisions here and update the date above, with additional notice where required. For privacy questions, contact Northrise Media LLC at contact@northrisemedia.com.
