Anti-spam policy
Last updated:
Northrise Media LLC is committed to relevant, honest communication. We do not authorize deceptive messages or unsolicited bulk marketing sent in our name. This policy explains what to expect from us and how to report unwanted messages.
1. Project and inquiry messages
If you contact us about branding, a website, or advertising, we may reply and follow up about that request. If we work together, we may send proposals, scheduling messages, project updates, invoices, and support communications.
Visiting the website or sending an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in a newsletter or ongoing promotional list. The website does not currently offer a marketing signup or text-message subscription.
2. Marketing standards
Any promotional email sent by us or on our behalf must comply with applicable marketing laws, including obtaining consent where required. Our standards prohibit purchased or harvested lists used for unsolicited bulk campaigns, misleading sender details, deceptive subject lines, and attempts to hide who is responsible for a message.
Commercial emails must identify Northrise Media LLC, make their promotional nature clear where required, include a valid physical postal address, and provide a clear way to unsubscribe. Partners sending on our behalf must follow the same standards.
3. How to unsubscribe
Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email, reply asking us to stop, or email contact@northrisemedia.com with your request. You do not need to create an account, pay a fee, or provide information beyond the email address and preferences needed to process the request.
We will honor email marketing opt-outs within 10 business days, or sooner where applicable law requires. Unsubscribe mechanisms in marketing emails must remain available for at least 30 days after sending. We do not sell or transfer an opted-out address for another party's marketing; a provider may process it to help us honor the request.
Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary communications about an active project, billing, or a request you make. Those messages must not be used to disguise promotional campaigns.
4. Report unwanted or suspicious messages
If you believe a message claiming to be from Northrise Media LLC violates this policy, email contact@northrisemedia.com. Include the sender address, date, subject, and a copy or screenshot of the message; full email headers can help us investigate. Avoid including passwords or other sensitive information.
If a message looks suspicious, contact us directly using the address on this page instead of following links or opening attachments in the message. We will review reports and take appropriate steps, such as suppressing an address, addressing a provider's conduct, or investigating impersonation.
5. Use of our name and services
You may not use our website, branding, or services to send spam, harvest contact details, impersonate senders, or evade unsubscribe requests. We may decline work involving those practices or act under the relevant service agreement if misuse occurs.
6. Related policies and updates
Read our Privacy Policy for information handling and our Terms of Service for website use. Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised date. Questions and spam reports can be sent to Northrise Media LLC at contact@northrisemedia.com.
